A Message from the President: EMRG Leadership Update

To Our Valued EMRG Members and Industry Partners,

It is an honour to write to you today as the newly appointed President of EMRG.

Having served as Vice President over the past few years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside many of our exceptional members and witnessing first-hand the strength, integrity, and expertise that define this network. With over 15 years in the insurance restoration industry through my role at Paul’s Restorations, I understand the challenges and opportunities our members face—and I’m committed to continuing to raise the bar for what we achieve together.

I’m also pleased to share that Fabio Infanti, of Premium Restoration, has officially joined the EMRG leadership team as Vice President. With more than 18 years of industry experience and a long-standing commitment to service excellence, Fabio brings invaluable insight and leadership that will help drive our shared vision forward.

Together, our focus is clear:

· To support the continued growth and value of EMRG for all members

· To strengthen national coordination and elevate consistency across the network

· To uphold the trust and service standards our clients rely on—across all regions of Canada

With 29 locations nationwide, EMRG has become a recognized name in property restoration, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our priority is to continue delivering measurable value to our members while ensuring every client interaction reflects the professionalism and reliability this network is built on.
